The LifeSpace Seasonal Home Protection Plan is specifically designed for the seasonal home owner, providing protection from unwanted pests during spring, summer and early fall. The LifeSpace Seasonal Home Protection Plan includes two (2) scheduled service visits per plan year for control of common pests such as Ants, Mice, Cockroaches, Centipedes, Millipedes, Ground Beetles, Silverfish, Crickets, Earwigs, Sow/Pill Bugs and most stinging insects. Emergency service between scheduled visits is provided free of charge during normal business hours. Observations, recommendations, conditions conducive to infestation and treatment summary provided with every service.
The LifeSpace Year-Round Home Protection Plan is offered for year-round residents. Our Year-Round Home Protection Plan includes all features as Seasonal Home Protection Plan with three (3) scheduled service visits per plan year (rolling twelve (12) months).
The LifeSpace Tick Service Plan includes scheduled service visits for tick reduction three (3) times per year; spring, summer and early fall. Each service to include inspection and treatment to areas with brush and vegetation around structure, out buildings and edge of the property where ticks rest and congregate. Planted shrubbery and potential harborage areas may also be treated should conditions warrant. Observations, recommendations, conditions conducive to infestation and treatment summary provided with every service.
Like all proper pest control programs, the LifeSpace Mosquito Service Plan starts with an inspection. Conditions supporting mosquito breeding will be identified, many can be corrected while on site. After initial inspection and recommendations have been made, our mosquito reduction plan includes scheduled service visits for mosquito reduction every 21 days from spring to early fall, weather permitting. Service to include inspection and treatment to shaded areas / perimeter vegetation around your home or business and at the edge of the property where mosquitoes rest during the heat of day. Standing pools of water may be treated with larvicide if conditions warrant. Observations, recommendations, conditions conducive to infestation and treatment summary provided with every service.

One Time Service - Notice a nest of stinging insects or evidence of ants? We can help with all your pest control needs. In certain cases, one visit is all it takes to solve your problem. As such, we offer the BASF Advance Termite Baiting System, a non-toxic monitoring program with a targeted (solid) bait application proven to eliminate termite colonies. Winter Watch Home Monitoring service includes visual inspection of your property; electronic report with date / time of visit and photos. While on site, LifeSpace Pest Solutions will record observations and recommendations on visible evidence of structural / security issues, invading wildlife, unwanted visitors, tree damage, plumbing, heating and/or electrical malfunctions. Issues requiring escalation reported immediately to property owner or contact by cell, text and email. Emergency issues requiring public works, public utilities or law enforcement, reported directly to appropriate agency. Service is available from fall to spring, property access permitting.
